VIDEO: Rep. Carnahan Speaks to Press About Decision to File in the 1st District
The current 3rd District representative spoke to media about his plans for the Aug. 7 primary.
Tuesday morning, Rep. Russ Carnahan (D-MO) filed to run in the 1st Congressional District against Rep. William Lacy Clay (D-MO). The district currently consists of St. Louis City along with cities including Florissant, University City and the City of Hazelwood.
Following his trip to Jefferson City, Rep. Carnahan spoke to the media before boarding a plan to Washington D.C.
