Tractor Trailer Blocks All Lanes Eastbound I-270 in Hazelwood

The truck appears to be stuck in a horizontal position in the snow. Hazelwood Police Department is on the scene.

A tractor trailer is blocking all lanes eastbound on Interstate 270 just before the I-170 interchange and about 1/3 of a mile before the North Hanley/Graham Road exit in the City of Hazelwood.

There are three Hazelwood Police Department vehicles on the scene responding and traffic is backed-up beyond the North Lindbergh Boulevard exit.

It appears the trucks fishtailed into a horizontal position and became stuck.

There are also several vehicles on the shoulders of each side of the highway.

The vehicles don't appear to be a part of the tractor trailer incident.

I saw that on my way home from work. It was a mess. I was just happy I wasn't stuck behind it.

I saw this right before I got stuck on Taylor. I was on the overpass to 270 from 170 and I wanted to take a photo to go with the article but my phone died. Where is the backup battery when you need it!
