Man Charged with Statutory Rapes in Hazelwood
Police said the man had sex with 16- and 15-year-old girls.
Lonnie O. Rice, 27, was charged with two counts of statutory rape.

A Berkeley man was charged Saturday in St. Louis County Circuit Court with two counts of statutory rape.
Hazelwood Police said in a report that Lonnie O. Rice, 27, of the 300 block of Newell Drive in Berkeley, had sex with two girls who were under the age of 17 between May and December 2011.
According to the report, a 16-year-old girl told police that Rice had sex with her several times. A 15-year-old girl also told police Rice had sex with her.
Bond for Rice was set at $25,000.

That's gross. My only question would be did he know they were underage? It doesn't say forcible rape so did they consent to it?

yeah he did.. but it deeper then that... their was way more going on then that.... not sure 100% if he did do it but not my problem... I just pray for him and hope he doing okay.. he was a cool person.. if he did do it that was gross but i dont know..
