Hazelwood Taco Bell to Possibly Face Noncompliance Hearing

According to health inspector's comments, the person in charge during a recent inspection did not have food safety certification at time of inspection, and the facility could face hearing for noncompliance of the violation.

 

As inspections arise, Hazelwood Patch publishes information from the St. Louis County Department of Health reports, along with the inspection grades.

Here are some of the latest restaurant inspections that occurred throughout the past 90 days in the City of Hazelwood and nearby in Florissant, Maryland Heights and Creve Coeur:

Man Dah Lee Chinese Restaurant
Address: 6939 Howdershell Rd., Hazelwood
Date of Inspection: April 10
Type of Inspection: Routine

Grade: 96-A
Comments: Inspector noticed noncompliance in food safety practices; employees told to wash hands at handsink only; tableware not stored properly to prevent contamination; no mopsink located in restaurant.

Well it sounds like Taco Bell needs to get its paperwork in order. It's not as bad as the blood on the cup from last week.
