Hazelwood City Council Discusses Changes to Its Synthetic Marijuana Offenses Ordinance

Hazelwood City Council will convene Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., to discuss city business. Council will meet in its chambers at Hazelwood City Hall.
City manager Edwin Carlstrom will discuss and make recommendations to city council on consideration of two amendments regarding drugs and building contamination related to K2 synthetic marijuana and methamphetamine.
North County Incorporated Regional Development Association will also present the results of a study on North County's economic profile and outlook.
City Council has several items up for final vote including:
- Bill 4347 -Amending Chapter 500: Building Codes and Building Regulations by the Adoption of the 2009 International Building Code, Residential Code, Mechanical Code, Fuel Gas Code and Energy Conservation Code.
- Bill 4348 -Amending Chapter 205: Fire Protection by the Adoption of the 2009 International Fire Code.
- Bill 4349 -Amending Chapter 500: Building Codes and Building Regulations by the Adoption of the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code.
