Bob Evans Scores Perfect Despite Employee Illness Concern

Plus, White Birch Bay passes the pool test in this week's Restaurant Report.

 

As inspections arise, Hazelwood Patch publishes information from St. Louis County Department of Health reports, along with the inspection grades.

During the summer months, Restaurant Report may feature Hazelwood area pools and how they fared under the watchful eye of the St. Louis County Department of Heath, along with the latest restaurant inspections that occurred throughout the past 90 days in the City of Hazelwood and nearby in Florissant, Maryland Heights and Creve Coeur:

Comments: Inspector checked out restaurant after employee showed symptoms of illness on June 9. The restaurant’s manager said that the employee has since been removed from the schedule until cleared by doctors. Inspector discussed handwashing and cooking food temperatures for safety.

Right. How can you be concerned about an illness but still give a perfect score? I give up on eating out.

The health department doesn't say how sick Chris. I would assume, mind you I'm not a health inspector, that possibly it was something that could be airborne. Possibly the flu or something that contaminates easily. But like I said, the report only says a concern of illness.
