Arby's Roast Beef, Johnny Rockets Earn A Grade Health Inspection Reports

Both eateries pass inspections with minimal issues.

 

As inspections arise, Hazelwood Patch publishes information from the St. Louis County Department of Health reports, along with the inspection grades.

Here are some of the latest restaurant inspections, that occurred throughout the past 90 days in the City of Hazelwood and nearby:

Arby’s Roast Beef
Address: 815 James S. McDonell Blvd., Hazelwood
Date of Inspection: March 7
Type of Inspection: Routine
Risk Factor: 2
Grade: 99-A
Comments: Inspector noticed heavily accumulated stains and debris on floor mats. 

Johnny Rockets
Address: 5555 St. Louis Mills Blvd., Hazelwood
Date of Inspection: March 21
Type of Inspection: Routine

Grade: 99-A
Comments: Hood filters are missing.

Hokkaido Steak, Sushi and Seafood
Address: 660 N. Highway 67, Florissant
Date of Inspection: Feb. 27
Type of Inspection: Routine

Grade: 100-A
Comments: Inspector noticed raw chicken at the prep table with a temperature between 45 and 51 degrees and advised manager to keep lid on chicken to  keep it cooler; wet mop not stored properly.

Papa John’s Pizza
Address: 8209 N. Lindbergh Blvd., Florissant

Comments: Inspector saw trash can lids being stored in produce sink and debris on the floor in the kitchen.

Burger King

Comments: Soda nozzles have “gunk” build up; fry baskets have broken wires.

Kluckin’ Chicken

Comments: Fry station’s hazardous foods, which sit on ice, not maintaining proper temperature. Inspector suggested having ice below and above product. 

Bandana’s BBQ
Address: 10923 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur
Date of Inspection: March 30
Type of Inspection: Routine
Risk Factor: 3
Grade: 95-A
Comments: Hepatitis A records not organized to be able to be examined; damp towels not held in sanitizer; damp mop not hung for drying when not in use.
*Follow-up inspection scheduled for April 12.

Hu Hot Mongolian Grill
Address: 12675 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur
Date of Inspection: March 20

Grade: 100-A
Comments: Employee stuff not stored away appropriately; wall by dishwasher has debris buildup.
