The Hazelwood School District (HSD) is offering sports physicals for students at each high school in preparation for the upcoming school year.

All athletes who intend to play a school-sponsored sport must have a current sports physical on file. The cost for district physicals is $20. Only cash is accepted, according to a HSD statement.

Hazelwood West High School will offer physicals on July 18 from Noon to 3 p.m. It will also offer physicals on August 8 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary.

Hazelwood Central High School will have physicals on July 20 from Noon to 5 p.m. in the training room. Physicals are open to all Hazelwood student athletes. To schedule an appointment, call (314) 953-5400.

Hazelwood East High School is offering physicals on three dates:

– July 28 from 4 to 6 p.m.

– August 8 from Noon to 2:30 p.m.

– August 16 from 3 to 5:30 p.m.

No appointment is necessary.
